DETOX / PURIFY / GLOW

Infrared Saunas use infrared radiant energy to penetrate the body’s tissue and accelerate perspiration. The pores of the skin open and discharge waste products and toxins which leaves your skin glowing and clean. Infrared Saunas heat you from the inside out, whereas regular saunas heats you from the outside in. This allows the body to flush out all of the heavy metals and pesticides  stored in your system. Our Infrared Sauna heats up to 150 degrees Fahrenheit; boosts metabolism, improves your body's reaction to stress, and can reduce the harmful effects of time, lifestyle, and the elements.

Our Infrared Sauna sessions are 30-minute sessions, yet you have the room for 45-minutes. Water and towels will be provided, and we have a shower if you’d like to rinse off afterwards.

By increasing circulation, it also helps to:

  • Relax muscles
  • Relieve muscle and joint pain (excellent for arthritis)
  • Tighten skin
  • Facilitate weight loss by increasing heart rate, perspiration, and calorie burn

So nice and relaxing. Felt awesome to get a nice sweat, while not lifting a finger. The staff is super kind, and the place is nice, clean and parking is easy

They supply everything and the infrared helped me feel brand new. I usually just get a massage when I feel sore, but this was a great option when I couldn't get in to see my therapist. Clean, modern and helpful staff. They have a rainfall shower with shower gel and simple amenities, it was nice!

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I use the Infrared Sauna?

Studies suggest that 3 sessions/week are most effective in achieving specific health goals.

Many of our clients make infrared therapy sessions a regular part of their daily and weekly fitness routines.

Saunas are also very helpful for speeding athletic recovery and soothing sore muscles after intense training or competition.

They can also be used to increase heat acclimation if you're planning to travel to hot climates or participate in athletic events in hot temperatures.

What's the difference between infrared and traditional sauna?

An infrared sauna heats you from the inside out, whereas a traditional sauna heats you from the outside in so the infrared is penetrating much more deep into your skin, removing all the heavy metals and pesticides from your body which makes for a great detox.
